Suzanne Gray

OUTCOME: Angela Davis and Bill Milliken Jr. were elected to the Washtenaw Community College board of trustees. With 65.87% turnout, Davis and Milliken received 15.21% and 15.36% of votes, respectively. For more results, check the Washtenaw County elections site.

Suzanne Gray is an associate professor at Eastern Michigan University. She is an academic librarian, a department member in Women's and Gender Studies, and a Faculty Fellow in the Honors College.

In 2003 she was elected to the Ypsilanti District Library board, and re-elected in 2006, 2010 and 2014. She resigned from that position mid-term because she moved out of the YDL district. She previously has worked in a variety of positions at the University of Michigan’s University Library, including library web services manager and digital information services librarian.

Gray earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio) in 1988 and a master’s degree in information from the University of Michigan in 1999. She currently lives on the northwest side of Ann Arbor.
