Although this site focuses on Ann Arbor races, we also include information for county, state and (to some extent) national candidates. And our More Voter Resources page provides links to help voters who don't live in Ann Arbor. Check out our Voter Basics page with details about the voting process.
NOTE #1: This is a primary election. You will need to choose the ballot for either the Democratic Party, Republican Party or Libertarian Party. We list all candidates, but in the primary election, candidates are only competing within their own political party. The winners of these primary elections will face off in the Nov. 6 general election.
Note #2: Your ballot will also include precinct delegate candidates – and you won't find information about those candidates on this site. AnnArborVotes.org provides information about candidates for public office. Precinct delegates, while elected during the primary by each political party, are not seeking public office. Their role is only internal to the political party. Click here for a list of Democratic Party precinct delegate candidates. Click here for a list of Republican Party precinct delegate candidates.
Finally, don't forget that there are ballot proposals too – and of course, we're here to help. Good luck – GO TEAM DEMOCRACY!!
